Day 9
- Banana
- Porridge made with water and coconut milk with milled seeds and raisins
- Butter beans, tuna, sun dried tomatoes and avocado salad
- Melaleuca tangy lemon herbal tea
- Chicken leg, raisins
- Chicken, lentil and green veg broth
