Hi and welcome to my blog about me eating nothing but natural, unprocessed 'real' food in 30 days. Not a single piece of chocolate will pass my lips! Or wheat bread and pasta, cheese, milk, biscuit, crisp, cereal bar or anything ready made in a box. Just as much food as nature intended it to be.
Why? Well because eating this way makes your body have to process less 'toxins', allowing your immune system to get stronger, your liver to clean up and most importantly, the body to lose fat! It will also give you so much more energy!
I am also hoping that it will give you some food ideas and see that healthy eating doesn't need to be difficult. Although I do eat similar stuff quite often, I make sure I eat a wide variety of proteins and lots of green stuff! Green foods make the body less acidic and more alkaline. Body fat cannot store in an alkaline environment. Another great reason to eat your greens!
